1. I lavori parlamentari relativi ai progetti
di legge costituzionale di cui all’arti-

colo 2, comma 1, sono organizzati in modo
tale da consentirne la conclusione entro
diciotto mesi dalla data di entrata in
vigore della presente legge costituzionale.
2. Ai fini di cui al comma 1, il Comitato,
entro sei mesi dalla data della sua
prima seduta, trasmette ai Presidenti delle
Camere i progetti di legge costituzionale
esaminati in sede referente, corredati di
relazioni illustrative e di eventuali relazioni
di minoranza. Ciascun progetto di
legge è omogeneo e autonomo dal punto di
vista del contenuto e coerente dal punto di
vista sistematico.
3. In prima deliberazione, l’Assemblea
della Camera che procede per prima all’iscrizione
del progetto di legge costituzionale
all’ordine del giorno ne conclude
l’esame nei tre mesi successivi alla data
della trasmissione di cui al comma 2. Il
progetto di legge approvato è trasmesso
all’altra Camera, che ne conclude l’esame
entro i successivi tre mesi. I termini per la
conclusione delle ulteriori fasi dell’esame
delle Assemblee sono fissati d’intesa dai
Presidenti delle Camere.
4. Il progetto o i progetti di legge
costituzionale sono adottati da ciascuna
Camera con due successive deliberazioni
ad intervallo non minore di quarantacinque
giorni e sono approvati a maggioranza
assoluta dei componenti di ciascuna Camera
nella seconda votazione.
5. Il Comitato trasmette altresì ai Presidenti
delle Camere uno o più progetti di
legge ordinaria di cui all’articolo 2, comma
1, esaminati in sede referente, corredati di
relazione illustrativa e di eventuali relazioni
di minoranza. I Presidenti delle Camere
stabiliscono, d’intesa tra loro, i termini
di conclusione dell’esame dei progetti
di legge di cui al presente comma, in
coerenza con i termini di esame dei progetti
di legge costituzionale stabiliti ai
sensi del presente articolo.
