I dati disaggregati per tipo di giudizio mostrano una sensibile diminuzione della quota di ordinanze nell’ambito del giudizio in via incidentale. In termini assoluti, infatti, le 85 ordinanze segnano una diminuzione significativa attestata dal fatto che dal 1990 mai si era avuto un tale numero. Anche le 56
sentenze esprimono un calo significativo; dal 1990 solo nel 2003 (54 sentenze) si è avuto un dato più basso.
